I’m a seasoned transformation specialist with over 30 years of experience in leading complex change initiatives and technology-driven growth programs. I have extensive expertise in enterprise data strategy, operating model design, and digital transformation across both private and government sectors. In parallel with my consulting work, I set up my Storyboardr training business delivering bid and business writing training and coaching to clients in the consulting and cybersecurity sectors.

I combine strong design thinking principles with practical transformation leadership, particularly in translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. I work with leaders and teams at all levels to get things done. I’m always happy to roll up my sleeves and get stuck into tasks alongside colleagues and clients.

I’ve got an MA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Technical Communication from Sheffield Hallam University. My career spans respected organisations including BAE Systems, IBM, and Accenture, as well as boutique consultancies and startups. It’s where I built my skills in delivering change, leadership and innovative solution design.
